Rockwood Trail Riders

The Rockwood Trail Riders Saddle Club will once again be giving opportunities for riders to develop their riding skill as we host 4 horse shows this year.  RTR is described as the longest running saddle club in Ontario; we will celebrate our 44^th anniversary this season.  Our shows are held on the 2^nd Sunday in May, June, July & August and our trail trials are in September.

These shows require a tremendous commitment from show competitors, who not only prepare themselves but there horses for months to have the stamina to complete in these shows.  Some of the Children are awarded for their dedication and are given the chance to participate in the annual Ontario Saddle Club Youth Team Tournament held every year in Paris Ontario.

This year, I have taken on the role of the sponsorship coordinator! I'm please to have made this commitment and need your help to make the 2008 season even better then 2007.

By giving to the Rockwood Trail Riders, you'll be able to choose your support level and the class you would like to sponsor and help us mainly to provide trophy’s to the competitors at our annual awards banquet and spring dance.

There are many organizations out there fundraising for worthy causes, but I hope that you will donate to The Rockwood Trail Riders Saddle Club and help us ‘gallop’ strong.  The Rockwood trail Riders strive for Horsemanship, Sportsmanship and Fellowship.

• Up to one quarter sized ad in our newsletter

• Display of your provided signage at all shows

• Extra announcements regarding your business

• Your sponsorship announced at all shows

• Year-end trophy displaying your name

• Invitation to the RTR year-end banquet and spring dance for presentation of class trophy

• Sponsorship published in all newsletter correspondence (approx. 6 per year) and on website

• We will provide 2’x4’ fence sign displayed in the show ring

Sponsorship money, first and foremost, provides for our year-end awards.  It also helps off-set the cost of hiring judges, administration costs and upkeep/maintenance of our show grounds.
